DVR - Dover VOR/DME 15th Mar 2003 If you are travelling North West along the A258 from Dover to Deal, turn right at Station Road which is the St Margaret's at Cliffe turnoff. The facility can be clearly seen on the RHS just a little way up the road. DVR is right next door a residential house. It's pretty well in their back garden! Unusually, there's no fence around the VOR. It's in a field. (Click on the small images for the bigger originals) |
