CLN - Clacton VOR/DME 4th May 2003 Clacton DVOR is between Weeley and Thorpe-le-Soken by Weeleyhall Wood Nature Reserve - some 4 miles North of Clacton. I went up there to find it with my son. It took us a while to figure out the best way of accessing! Take the B1441 SE and then take a left into Church Lane (opposite Hilltop Flowers). Once you get to the church you'll see a private road which may have a big electric gate across. You need to go up there. We parked at the church and walked.
